Privacy Policy

When you ask for a consultation or quote we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, location, and the details of your project (rooms, budget, timeline, photos).

When you message us on WhatsApp (054 278 2921) we keep the messages, your WhatsApp profile name and number, so we can reply and keep a record of your project.

For clients we also keep quotes, invoices, payments and project progress notes and photos.

Only to run your project: to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and invoices, schedule measuring and installation, keep you updated, and follow up on a quote you asked for. We use software, including AI assistants, to organise enquiries and draft replies; a person on our team reviews anything before it is sent to you. We do not sell your details or use them for anyone else's advertising.

The services that run our systems process your details for us: our database and hosting providers (Supabase, Vercel), email delivery (Resend), spam protection on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile), WhatsApp (Meta) for messages, and Google for our advertising: when you arrive from one of our Google ads, the Google tag records that click and whether you then asked for a quote, called or messaged us, so we can see which ads work. We keep the ad or campaign you came from with your enquiry. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to that processing. We share details with someone else only if the law requires it.

Enquiries that don't go ahead are kept for up to two years. Client records are kept as long as we need them for the guarantee on your work and for our accounts.
